Yes! You can use anything you like minus vodka other than Stoli. Stoli vodka will be provided for you to use at the competition. Each competitor gets 1 case of 12 bottles. (Stoli is our sponsor, so they are the only vodka allowed to be used in the competition)
They will be 12oz stadium plastic cups, branded with Stoli and the Bloody Mary logo on them. ***If you are worried about not making enough bloody mary mix, keep in mind - Once you fill that 12oz cup with ice and 1oz of vodka, there will be about 3oz of your mix before the cup is full.
We are estimating 300-500 guests.
You will not be given cups. Every guest receives a cup at entry. Then when each guest visits each competitors table, that competitor will fill their cup and garnish it. There will be a rinse station where the guests can rinse off their cups between tastings. At your table you’re only going to provide your mix, garnishes, and display Bloody Mary (This display Bloody Mary can be in any
container you choose, please dont add vodka to this display Bloody Mary since nobody will be tasting it). We will provide Stoli Vodka, ice, company signage, and ticket box (guests will put their
1 given ticket in the competitors box of their choosing).

(1) Judges’ Choice (best overall bloody mary based on a combination of creativeness, presentation, execution, attention to detail, and overall enjoyment - Trophy, $500 cash, bragging rights, and free entry to next year)

We are providing a 6 ft table and a 10x10 tent. If you want to bring chairs, you're more than welcome to!
The tasting starts at noon and winners are announced at 3pm. Judges will be tasting between 12-2pm.
We will provide Stoli vodka on the day of the event. Each competitor will be supplied with a 12 pack of 750ml bottles. 1oz shot of Stoli will be added to your bloody mary’s by your team
members when they serve that Stoli branded cup to each guest.
Stoli is our sponsor, so they are supplying us with 1 case for each bar/restaurant competing. Your $50 registration is helping us pay the winners. Winners receive $500 (Judges choice) and $250 (Peoples choice).
Yes, and we plan on making this an annual event! However, Captn Funs used to hold a Bloody Mary Festival on the beach about 4 years ago. It was a great event, brought the community
together and was a great way for bars & restaurants to get their names heard. So, Kulture Kreated decided to bring it back!

We have 2 options for ticket buyers...
GA Purple Wristband (entry but no unlimited bloody mary tasting. They get to enjoy the entertainment and there will be 2 fully stocked bars for them to purchase drinks from (minus bloody marys)
GA+ Neon yellow Wristband (everything GA gets but they are allowed to taste all the competitors bloody mary drinks and then vote. 21+)
No bloody marys for sale. Yes, absolutely put a tip jar out! When I competed on the beach (I represented Bamboo Willies), I was worried about missing a good "money making" shift at the bar so I had put a tip jar out - and did very well!
Yes, it can absolutely be prepared before the event day! I would actually recommend that to make it easier and quicker for you and your team members to serve the guests.

Sure. We can swing by your bar/restaurant and drop off a sample.
This display cup isn’t mandatory, but it’s a cup of your choosing that you will fill & garnish for guests to look at. THIS DISPLAY CUP WILL NOT CONTAIN VODKA.
Competitors are able to get in as early as 8am. Doors open @ 11am, tasting starts @ 12pm. Judges will be walking around and tasting from 12-2pm. Winners announced @ 3pm. Over at 4pm.
There are a couple. If you need to be near one, please let us know and we will accommodate.
